Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 days for your purchase to be packed and shipped, though usually it will be only a day or two, depending if an order is placed during the weekend or around holidays.

Tracking will be provided for any ground advantage or priority mail packages. Letters are first class and therefore do not have proper tracking information. Please allow a week or more for your purchase to arrive. If you are outside of the United States, it may take longer due to distance and customs.

If your item is damaged or lost by the mail carrier, contact us to discuss options for a refund. Replacement items are not an option.

The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs, including duties and tariffs.
